At Veronica Beard, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 21-day return window for all full-price items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the packing slip. Ensure all designer tags and security seals are still attached.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, removing any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
